Donald W. Kendall  is currently President/CEO of Renken Realty of NY LTD.  He has over twenty years of experience as a Real Estate Broker, Construction Manager, Consultant, Certified (HUD) Manager and Certified Maintenance Manager (N.C.H.M.)

Mr. Kendall has established a full service Real Estate Brokerage Firm that expertise includes managing HUD properties, Developing inovative ways of preventing Foreclosures,  He  serves an expanding client base by identification of viable sites based on needs assessments, providing a detailed real estate acquisition plan for new and experienced homeowners, facilitates closings and identifing potential contractors when necessary.  He performs as a consultant providing full service management plans for buildings of all sizes. 

Donald Kendall’s accomplishments are a follows; Licensed Real Estate Broker, Certified Property Manager, Certified Maintenance Manager, Licensed Mediator, attended Queens Borough Community College, and John Jay College of Criminal Justice, retired NYCPD Detective, Honorable discharged from the U.S. Army Reserves, Member of the National Real Estate Brokers Association and Members of the New York Association of Real Estate Managers.
